Ajay Devgn shows off his hot new bod and reveals why he’s allergic to six-pack

Ajay Devgn’s got a new look. It’s not the conventional six-pack, it’s a more realistic, brawny physique that the actor’s carved for himself. Clearly, Ajay’s not interested in short-term gains, he is in this too, for the long haul. “That’s what I have always believed in. At 65 and 70 too, I would like to lift the same kind of weights.”
A six-pack helps in sculpting your body and it makes you look strong, but you lose out on power, he says. The actor’s got a fantastic response to his new ‘power-packed’ appearance (see pic) from everyone and it’s just perfect, with raw manliness oozing out for his role in Singham of a tough cop from a village. The Shiva tattoo on his chest, which he’d got done last year, further enhances the look. Celeb trainer Prashant Saawant, who’s helped him get to this point in three months, says Ajay went through rigorous combination of weights and circuit super sets that incorporated all techniques including pushups and pull-ups, along with a highprotein low-carb diet. “He is absolutely disciplined and fantastic.”
Salman stops drinking to get six-pack?

Salman Khan has decided to stay off alcohol till he completes the shooting of his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri’s My Love Story, which is a remake of the Malayalam film Bodyguard.
The role will require him to have his six-pack. This will take ten months. Let’s see if Salman who enjoys his Bacardis with coca colas and entertaining his friends at Galaxy Apartments sticks to his word.
But buzz is that for the past 22 days Sallu has not been in his cups.
Salman had put on a lot of weight for Dabangg, which required him to play a 45-year-old corrupt cop. That weight hadn’t been lost until recently.
There was no other way but to cut down on the booze. So obviously, the bacchanalian excesses at Galaxy apartments are now going to be put on hold until My Love Story is over.
Says a source, “Yes, Salman loves to drink, but he has now become very conscious after the stupendous success of Dabangg and Bigg Boss 4.”
Adds the source, “Abstaining from alcohol is not difficult for Salman. He has done this in the past.
In fact every year, he goes off hard drinks during the holy month of Ramzan and Ganesh Chaturthi festival.”
Salman is also very particular about his diet these days. “If he wants to get the six-pack in quick time, then an only no-alcohol policy will not help.
He is completely off carbohydrates as well,” reveals the source.

Bollywood Badshah giving his best shot for special song

Even special after being song in the industry for 22 long years, Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan is keen to learn new things, a quality which he has possessed when he started his acting career. BT has learned that SRK, who starts shooting a high energy song-and-dance number today for Ra1, has learned gymnastics to pull off some aweinspiring steps and stunts in it.
Sources working on the sets confirm that SRK has trained to shoot this number for Anubhav Sinha. The last time the superstar had put in so much effort for a song was during the shooting of Chaiyan Chaiyan for Mani Ratnam’s Dil Se in which he grooved with Malaika Arora on a moving train.
The special song for Ra1 will have trapeze artists and many elements from the circus embedded into it. However shot , SRK for is not going to go shirtless, as reported earlier, or flaunt the six pack that he showcased in Om Shanti Om. It is said that 200 firang beauties have been hired just to shoot this song. “SRK will show the world that his injury and persistent back problems are a thing of the past. He has learnt gymnastics for the song and will also do trapeze stunts,” said the source.

BT would not like to hazard a guess on the relationship status between Shah Rukh Khan and Farah Khan, but the buzz in Bollywood is that the choreographer-director has mercilessly spoofed the Bollywood Badshah in her forthcoming film Tees Maar Khan. It is said that Akshaye Khanna’s role in the film is completely modelled on SRK. And the references to the superstar are as bold and direct as they can be. Trade pundits don’t find this unusual. They say the film was written by Farah’s husband Shirish Kunder, who doesn’t see eye-to-eye with SRK, and naturally — the script-writer would have lampooned the Bollywood Badshah given the opportunity. So, Shirish’s script has Akshaye suffering from a terrible back ache for which he has to constantly go to London for treatment. And, there’s Akshaye in his opening shot talking about showing off his six-pack and going topless for a scene, which will remind viewers of SRK’s Dard-e-Disco number in Om Shanti Om. Also, there’s an international filmmaker coincidentally named Danny who comes to meet Akshaye and is kept waiting for six hours before Akshaye declines his film offer. For the first time, she’s not choreographing an SRK film

For the first time ever, filmmaker Farah Khan is not choreographing a Shah Rukh Khan produced movie and this has got tongues wagging. It has been repeatedly said that the once best friends Farah and SRK have gone separate ways and that she has been heavily bonding with Salman Khan, an industry rival of SRK after their bitter fall out at Katrina Kaif ’s birthday a couple of years back. Though close friends of Farah say that time constraints have not allowed her to do SRK’s Ra.1 as she is mighty busy with her own movie Tees Maar Khan, many others in the industry say that everything’s still not fine between the two. For ten years, every movie that Shah Rukh produced, Farah had been the choreographer, including Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani, Asoka, Chalte Chalte, Main Hoon Na, Kaal, Paheli and Om Shanti Om. From making SRK workout to sport a six pack and go shirtless on screen to the more aesthetic song and dance sequences of Paheli, Farah has experimented, innovated and gone larger in her approach to make a song for Shah Rukh. Imagine the agony Salman Khan had to go through when he was asked to lose his sixpack abs for Dabbang. Putting him through this torture was his own brother, producer Arbaaz Khan. Salman, the shirtless, original macho man of Bollywood, is playing a Bihari cop in the film, and the paan-chewing cops of Bihar are nowhere near being that fit. Sallu had to look the part so he went on a special diet, probably gave in to all his cravings and got rid of his super abs. The actor, who doesn’t miss his exercise routine, learned table tennis in a day to keep himself fit as he didn’t want to completely go from being all fab to all flab.
