Payal Rohatgi to marry Sangram Singh?

Actress Payal Rohatgi and wrestler Sangram Singh, who have been dating each other for the past five months, are planning to take their relationship to another level, or so it seems, with the way things are happening with respect to both the stars and their families.
A month back, Sangram met Payal’s family members and now Payal is coming to Delhi to meet Sangram’s sister. Confirming the news Sangram said, “I stayed at Payal’s place when we came back after completing our new reality show.” Is he okay with the kind of image Payal has in the industry, and with her numerous link-ups, especially the one with Rahul Mahajan? “Who is Rahul Mahajan? I don’t know him and I’ve even told Payal that I’m not interested in her past, as long as we are happy in the present,” said the wrestler.
Payal was a little diplomatic. She said, “Yes, I am coming to Delhi on October 4, but I am coming to meet my dad. Sangram’s parents stay in Rohtak, so I’ll be meeting only his sister who stays in Delhi.” On her relationship with Sangram, she said, “Sparks flew while we were shooting for the reality show and we started dating soon after. He is a very down to earth person and his simplicity is what attracted me.” So are they both looking towards taking the next step and settling down? “Well, in the long run we might, but right now, we both want to concentrate on our career, for at least two years,” she said.

The actress confesses she’s seeing wrestler Sangram Singh

Payal Rohatgi seems to have a lot going for her since she moved focus to television. It’s also brought her love. The actress confesses that she’s seeing Delhi-based wrestler Sangram Singh for two months now. A very unlikely couple, we tell her, and she says, “Maybe that’s why I was sceptical initially. I am taking it slowly, but I am at peace,” she says. The two started seeing each other on an upcoming reality show.
Her beau, the wrestler Sangram Singh admits that most people didn’t have good things to tell about her. “We shared a lot about our lives. I got to know her, and I thought she was nice.”
As soon as they came out, Sangram met Payal’s family. “My family approves of him totally. He doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke. He a simple man who starts his day with amla juice, and ensures I start mine with honey and milk,” tells Payal, grinning.
Payal considers her pairing as the coming together of North and South. “We are opposites. Our food habits, lifestyles — while I’d hit the sack straight away, he recites the Hanuman Chalisa before going off to sleep, and even our language — while he can speak shudh Hindi and corrects me, I correct his English…”
