Looks like Yash Chopra has finally zeroed in on a title for his comeback film. The Shah Rukh Khan-Katrina Kaif-Anushka Sharma starrer is likely be titled Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum, inspired by a song from the veteran filmmaker’s yesteryear film Silsila.
A source close to the unit informs, “While there were various options, both Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra were not happy with them. There had been reports that London Ishq was the title but the makers had denied it.”
The source adds, “Yash Chopra had more or less finalised that the film would be called Jai but later he did a rethink. He preferred Yeh Kahan Aa Gaye Hum from his controversial film Silsila which starred Amitabh Bachchan with Rekha and Jaya Bachchan.” The production house’s spokesperson, however, stated that the title of the film has not yet been locked.

At a meeting, held a couple of days back, the producers along with director Shetty and SRK took a decision on how to take the film forward. The film is about a man travelling from Mumbai to Rameshwaram (thus the title, Chennai Express) and what happens to him on the way – romance between Shah Rukh and the lead actress. Though it hasn’t been finalised yet, a source from the industry revealed that in all probability, the female lead would be Deepika Padukone. The love express in More >
