Actor Shah Rukh Khan who has been a decent man on screen and off screen all this while, will now go bold for his superhero flick Ra One. There’s news that Shah Rukh will do everything and anything necessary to make his movie a rage.
We hear that SRK will kiss on celluloid this time round. And it’s the gorgeous Kareena Kapoor he’ll lock lips with. The actors kiss each other in a song. It’s nothing explicit, but something that can be termed as ‘simple and sweet’ we are told.
It can be remembered that Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor, too, indulged in a romantic lip-to-lip in 3 Idiots. “I’ve kissed on screen before, it’s no big deal,” says the Kapoor lass, who always looks forward to working with the Khans. “All four of them – Aamir, Salman, Shah Rukh, Saif – are so amazing that I always look forward to doing movies with them.”

BOMBAY TIMES (May 4, 2011) Deepika Padukone and Sidhartha Mallya are getting serious. It is learnt that she has warned him to stay away from other girls, following reports of him partying with Sophie Choudry at a IPL party.
The insiders inform us saying, “They are no longer casually dating. The recent developments have made us believe so. Their conduct when they are not with each other has changed dramatically in the last one-and-a-half months. Remember Sid was spotted with Sophie Choudry at a party when Dips was shooting in Bhopal? After that incident, Sid hasn’t been spotted with any other girl. and it is by design, not accident. ”
The source adds, “Also, Dips hasn’t been bonding with any other guy. The duo are not cutting off from their friends of the opposite sex, just being careful that nothing mars what they share.”

Just when you thought Mallika Sherawat could not surprise you anymore, she goes and outdoes her own standards of spontaneity. Recently, she managed to bewilder Sanjay Dutt with her proposition to kiss him in Inder Kumar’s Double Dhamaal.
Sanjay went red in face when Mallika (left) suggested to shoot a steamy scene with himOn the sets in Mumbai, before departing to Macau for their next shoot, Sherawat suggested a steamy scene between the two, leaving Sanjubaba red in the face.
A source tells us, “Sanjay was flabbergasted by Mallika’s statement.”
The source goes on to reveal what transpired after the rather embarrassing request, saying “Sanjay is a mere actor in Double Dhamaal. How could he alter the script? Besides, he didn’t want to kiss Mallika.”
When asked how Dutt let down Sherawat’s offer, the source said, “After regaining his composure, Sanjay told her ‘No way’.”
We wonder how Sherawat is taking the lip-lock let down! Both, Sherawat and Dutt remained unavailable for comment.

Salman Khan has finally agreed to kiss on screen for the first time in his 22-year-old career. The superstar, who has resolutely avoided locking lips to maintain a family image so far, will be seen smooching co-star Asin in Anees Bazmee’s upcoming film, Ready. “It is not yet decided if it will be a long, passionate kiss or a short peck, but director Bazmee has managed to convince Salman that the scene is important to the script. Salman had initially refused to give the shot and it took some talking on Bazmee’s part to convince him,” said a source in the unit of the film. Salman has all along maintained that he is “not too comfortable kissing on screen”. Despite giving several blockbusters such as Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Maine Pyar Kiya and Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya as a romantic hero, he has largely refrained from kissing on screen. Director Rahul Sud, who’s heading the Indian team that worked on Heartbeat, says that the video is a morphing job.
Says Sud, “The Enrique portions of the video were shot in LA. The original video had Enrique and Nicole Scherzinger. We replaced Nicole with Sunidhi. It’s all part of VFX now and you’ll be surprised. If anyone can pinpoint portions where Sunidhi has not shot with Enrique once the video releases, I will change my name. It’s a very difficult job to replace somebody.”
He adds, “This is the first time such a thing is being done anywhere. I feel Sunidhi looks even better than Nicole in the video. There is one portion where Sunidhi is almost about to kiss Enrique. Getting that right is a huge experiment for us. I have spoken to Enrique, and he wanted to know how this would be done. The video will soon be completed and sent to him. Once we get his nod, we will be releasing it.”

Sonakshi Sinha lays down terms and conditions for Race 2 (PS: Her contract stipulates ‘no kissing, no explicit lovemaking and no bikini’)

The one-film old Sonakshi Sinha has already walked her way into prestigious projects like Joker and Prabhu Devaa’s next with Akshay Kumar, an untitled film with Kamal Haasan, Race-2 with Saif Ali Khan, Dabangg-2 and Kick with Salman Khan.
Salman’s protégé does come with her share of will-dos and won’t-dos. Being the daughter of BJP Minister and yesteryear superstar Shatrughan Sinha comes with its share of advantages; and responsibilities.
A trade source says, “She is already getting paid a bomb. We hear that her remuneration for Race-2 is almost a crore and she is getting paid twice that amount for the Kamal Haasan film.’’ What’s more, according to trade circles, Sonakshi has a stringent contract. “It stipulates ‘no kissing, no explicit lovemaking and no bikini’,’’ says our source.
Because of her lineage, the Dabangg girl is allowed to dictate terms to filmmakers. Though the born-with-a-chip-on-her-square-shoulders actress refuses to divulge anything, a source from the crew of Race-2 reveals that she has made it clear to director-duo Abbas-Mustan that she is okay with doing something as hot as Katrina, but she will not do the kind of bold scenes that Bipasha did in Race.

Katrina Kaif ’s hot liplock with Gulshan Grover in Boom (2003) is all set to return to haunt her. The actress had managed to get the screen smooch deleted from the first DVD by putting pressure through Salman Khan, who she was dating then. No one says no to Khan. But now that he’s out of her life, the kiss is making a comeback. The question that begs to be asked is why the makers want to release a fresh DVD when it’s not exactly a hot selling item. Says an industry source, ‘It is clear that the makers of Boom want to cash in on Katrina’s success. She is a top actress now and naturally there will be curiosity about a steamy scene she did, when she was a newcomer.” It’s just another way to make a quick buck at her expense.
Gulshan confirms, “It is true. The new lot will have the controversial scene, which was omitted earlier. Many years have passed since we did Boom and even I had forgotten that such a scene existed in it. But we are all set to refresh the past. The scene certainly will have its share of reactions.”

There is tremendous anticipation about the Love Aaj Kal pair coming together again in Prakash Jha’s Aarakshan. Distributors clamouring to buy Jha’s post-Raajneeti multi-starrer are looking to see what crackling chemistry Jha creates between the pair that had set the screen on fire in Imtiaz Ali’s film.
If waiting to see Saif and Deepika in lingering lip-locks and passionate liaisons the distributors are in for a disappointment. The relationship between Deepika and Saif unfolds and develops on a college campus where the Big B playing Deepika’s father is the principal.
Says Jha, “There’s no room for any physical intimacy between Saif and Deepika. Though that’s what is expected of them I’m not forcing any love scenes into the script. And if that is a problem for the distributors and the audience, so be it. I can’t shuffle around the cards in my screenplay just to get the audience tantalized.”
A similar scenario had unfolded when after the grand success of Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani distributors expected a feast of fireworks between Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in Raajneeti. But Jha had desisted all attempts to arm twist him into making his lead pair sizzle for the camera.
