Sonam Kapoor takes up residence in Delhi

Actress Sonam Kapoor is currently residing at Delhi. The actor, who has recently shifted to the capital for the shooting of her forthcoming film Raanjhana, has got herself a new home. Sonam is slated to be there for about a minimum of three months and is enjoying the Delhi environment.

Says a source, “It is a well known fact that Sonam is one of the highly pampered ones in the Kapoor family. The fashionista always stands out to be different among others. She’s quite happy and comfortable being in her own space and thus the need to get a new pad. Though all these days, she was living with her aunt, who resides in Delhi, she recently decided to shift to a new place. She loves her relatives and family, but she values her independence more, hence the decision to get herself a new home away from home in Delhi.

“Sonam is also expected to be stationed in Delhi for the next couple of months. She will be busy there with her upcoming film with South superstar and Kolaveri Di sensation Dhanush. And by the end of a gruelling shoot, she wanted to go back to a home of her own every night. The home for a brief period is a five-bedroom plush apartment all to herself. And guess what, one of the rooms is a walk-in wadrobe! It’s a beautiful place which will act as her temporary home. Furthermore to get that feeling of home, she even got her cook from Mumbai to travel to Delhi and stay with her and prepare all her meals,” the source further adds.

Sridevi is Sabyasachi Mukherjee’s newest muse

His name’s been associated with Bollywood beauties like Vidya Balan and Rani Mukerji, who’ve often been seen sporting his designer sarees at various do’s.

However, for the finale of the Delhi Couture Week, Sabyasachi Mukherjee opted for Sridevi to be his showstopper for the evening.

An insider told Mirror, “Sabya (as the designer is fondly called) is doing the finale show. Usually, he doesn’t have a celebrity show stopper. Just that his friends, Vidya and Rani, turn up to support and encourage him. This time though, Sabya will have Sridevi walk for him. He has worked with her recently on English Vinglish, which is being billed as the actress’ comeback film. Probably, it’s that association that Sabya is taking forward.”

It seems, Sridevi, who drapes sarees in her film, is quite impressed with Sabya’s work, so much so she is the newest addition to his loyal fan club.
