The latest edition of FHM has Malaika Arora Khan as the cover girl. Gosh…has anyone ever kept track of the number of mags for which she has been the cover girl. Whatever be the case, FHM is different as usual.
This edition of FHM has Malaika Arora Khan sizzling like never before! “Some of the sexiest woman in the world are married and have kids…I think being added adds to the charm and the mystery,” she states. And in order to support her statement she ‘drops’ names like Heidi Klum, Miranda Kerr and Gisele Bundchen. We totally agree with you gorgeous. Talking about films, she states, “Films never really excited me…I just love the song and dance routine. When I did ‘Chaiyya Chaiyya‘, I thought let me do something that I enjoy. Since I was a kid, dance has been a part of my life in some form or the other.” And talking about music, she says, “I love U2, The Beatles, Santana, Craig David etc…” For all those who wonder as to what this beautiful queen does when she isn’t working, so here it is… in her own words. “I am quite boring when I am not working. Despite the expose on his supposed ‘Bollywood Performance’ at the royal reception, dancer Sandip Soparrkar refuses to come clean

Serial liar, conman and fraudster are the new titles for dancer Sandip Soparrkar by the way. An official wedding spokesperson of the Westminster Palace in London has denied that Sandip and his wife were ever invited to dance at the reception of Prince William and Kate Middleton. For months he had been shouting about the invitation from the Queen’s office. He even forged a letter to the effect. However as D-day came, he declared that he was skipping the royal wedding as he’d hurt his knee! Read on for lies, lies and more lies….
Why are you still lying? I was invited in January by James Kidman. It was a private ceremony, so I wasn’t allowed to give out details. I was also going to have a small bash in Mumbai before leaving for London. Manish Malhotra had done our outfits for this bash. Why would I waste my money on all this, if I were to call it off at the last minute. Am I not worried about my reputation?
So, what’s the excuse? I was practising but had a knee injury. My doctor’s advised me 10 days rest. So, I sent an apology mail to the royal family citing knee injury.

In a biscuit commercial, she’d matched Hrithik Roshan’s moves with effortless ease. But that’s not the reason why dancer and actress Isha Sharvani is hitting the headlines these days. Reportedly, she’s dating Team India’s Zaheer Khan and there are rumours that wedding bells are ringing for the couple, as Zaheer is keen to settle down after his glorious run in the World Cup. Isha however, sticks to a diplomatic ‘no comments’ stance on the man in her life and says, “I think marriage is a matter of personal choice and today’s contemporary urban woman can choose to settle down when the time is right for her. There is no right age for marriage. One needs the right man to settle down. A woman has to think if she can let go of her ambitions and opt for marital bliss and have children. As our social values get redefined, the independent woman has a lot of choices — she could also go in for a live-in relationship if she so wishes. Vidya Balan shakes a leg with SRK and Jackman, asks them for Ishqiya 2

Vidya Balan, Hugh Jackman and Shah Rukh Khan, not only signed (read fake) a film together but also shimmied after ‘the announcement’ and gave each other a group hug on the last day of a recently concluded films and media event.
Friday night saw the three stars having a delightful time on stage, with the audiences’ hearts thumping with excitement on seeing them together.
While they were enjoying in there, a source from the audience, gave us this cute bit of information. At the event, Vidya was announced the best actress for Ishqiya.

Munni enters Guinness Book of World Records

The Munni mania seems to be far from over. After creating mass hysteria all over, the chartbuster from Dabangg- ‘Munni Badnaam Hui‘ now finds its way to the coveted Guinness Book of World Records. Wondering how and why? Well here’s the story…
Producer Arbaaz Khan, who is currently in Australia, spoke exclusively to Bollywood Hungama giving us details on this achievement. He said, “Over 1200 people danced non-stop to ‘Munni Badnaam‘ at Melbourne park beating the earlier record which was set in Singapore when 1008 people danced publicly to a song. The Guinness Book adjudicators were present and so it qualifies as a record. We now enter the Guinness Book for this distinction.”
With this achievement Munni’s popularity has gone well beyond the seven seas.

The 90-crore extravaganza will star Kareena in the lead

SLB will adapt the legendary story of Padmavati, the 16th century queen of Chittor who with her husband, the King Of Chittor Rattan Sen, fought valiantly against foreign invasion and gave up her life.
Fascinated by the historical-romance for years, SLB got a chance to be the first Asian filmmaker to put the legend of Rani Padmavati on stage when he directed a version of Padmavati in Paris’s prestigious Theatre du Chalet in March 2008. SLB’s staged opera based on Albert Rousell’s 1923 opera was a huge success.
It was then that SLB decided to make a movie version of Padmavati. Post-Guzaarish the director is ready to direct “something as spectacular, dramatic, female-oriented and musically-inclined as Padmavati.’
Says a source, “After Guzaarish Sanjay was in two minds as to what to make. He had two options, both large-scale epic tales. But it’s Padmavati he wants to direct next.”
A leading corporate house with whom SLB worked recently has already agreed to produce the Rs 90-crore historical epic.
And now for the crucial question.Who plays the title role in SLB’s Padmavati? Apparently Kareena Kapoor who has never done a costume drama before is seen as the best bet for the role.

‘Dum Maaro Dum‘, which promises to be the best item song Bollywood has ever seen till date, which is the remixed version of the iconic original song, has been making waves ever since its announcement, and already people are touting Dum Maaro Dum to be the item song of the year.
Deepika, who will be seen gyrating to the sexy number, worked very hard for the look of the song. She worked out rigorously, and trained hard for the dance. The number which is one of the most awaited songs of the season, has Deepika in her most sexy avatar till date.
She was going to wear the shortest skirt, ever to be worn by a Bollywood actress, however, when she started doing her dance movements, she realised that her movements became awkward due the short skirt, and since ‘Dum Maaro Dum‘ song has some great dance movements they could be changed.
That’s when Deepika called director Rohan Sippy and requested him to change her outfit a bit, as otherwise she was not being able to do justice to sensuous dance movements. Rohan immediately complied, and asked designer Anahita Adajania Shroff to change the outfit a bit. The outfit was finally changed to hot shorts, and tassels over it to give the look of a skirt. The beautiful lass sways provocatively in her upcoming hot item number

Deepika Padukone is ready to take on Munni and Sheila. The lissome beauty’s set with her hot item number in Rohan Sippy’s film Dum Maaro Dum, presented by Fox Star Studios, releasing on April 22. And this one promises to be very different from the earthy Munni and the tease of Sheila. It’s going to be out and out irreverent, we are told. For the first time, audiences will get a glimpse of her oomph. “Deepika transforms into a super sensual girl in the recreation of this iconic song,” says a source. The song is closely guarded; it was shot with minimum crew around, apart from the dancers. There was a lot of planning that went into Deepika’s look (see picture). Apparently, an even skimpier skirt was chosen for her initially, but the director and choreographer felt that it was restricting the dance movements. Rohan Sippy is glad with the way the item song has shaped up. “Deepika is naturally very sexy, but she has never done anything this brazen. It is a very irreverent attitude that she needed to carry apart from being sexual on the screen. DMD is an attitude, it is all about breaking free. Mallika Sherawat is set to share the stage with nine time Grammy award winning musician John Legend. Sources from the music fraternity say that the American artist and actor who has also been inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame, will put up a performance with Mallika. The desi, sassy siren is set to travel to the US to sign on the dotted line. The event will also see Mallika flaunt her vocal skills as the two are expected to break into a duet. We hear that Mallika has been working on her singing skills in LA, her second home now, and has hired someone to train her for the show. “The show will be all about glitz and glamour. Mallika will have a sizzling new wardrobe for the two-hour long show,” says an informer.
The insider also suggests that Mallika will make John shake a leg. “John and Mallika will also put up a power packed dance performance. John isn’t familiar with Bollywood style of dancing, so he will be trained in it for a particular song. Otherwise, it will have all hip hop, energetic dance numbers,” says our source.
