Celina Jaitly has her platter full. And it’s not only with social causes like LGBT that she’s fighting for. Definitely the actress in her won’t be happy with just that. So Celina’s got herself involved with films like Anees Bazmee’s Thank You with Akshay Kumar, Irrfan Khan, Bobby Deol and Sonam Kapoor, Neeraj Vohra’s Run Bhola Run with Tusshar Kapoor, Subhash Ghai’s Hello Darling, Chai Garam with Govinda, Tighmanshu Dhulia’s Showman with Govinda and Rimmi Sen, and Sreemati (a remake of Disclosure),where she’s paired opposite Kannada star Upendra Babu.

“I love to laugh and make people laugh. I feel I am one of the very few actresses who’s managed to handle comedy with great ease. Considering we have had actors like Sridevi, Kishoreda and Govinda, who have made great contributions to comedy and are always looked up to, it’s not an easy genre. But I think I have managed to make a mark here and feel pleased that my fans all over the world love me in comic flicks. I want to do more romcoms,” she said.

Recently Celina was seen on a TV show which dealt with past life regression. “I saw myself as a 21-year-old Nazi German soldier dying on a battlefield. A lot of it connects to my present and past life. In this life, I am born in the fifth generation military aristocracy. I have the mindset of a soldier ever since childhood. All things German have always fascinated me. Most of my friends are Germans. And when it comes to standing for what is right, I do feel a soldier within who can take charge of any situation,” said Celina, who like every other girl would love to tie the knot someday.

“Yes, I would love to be married. It’s so great to find that one special person I can annoy for the rest of my life (laughs). But I haven’t married yet because I never felt the need. I have three pets at home who take care of the absence of a husband. I have a dog that barks every morning, a parrot which swears all afternoon, and a cat that comes home late at night. I am sure no one is going to marry me now,” smiled the actress and added, “I am a very happy and positive person. I don’t have low phases. I think all things begin from within. Happiness attracts more happiness, all we have to do is to change the way we feel deep inside ourselves. I don’t miss anything in life.”
